Meet the Team
Behind PROPS 360 are five women with a shared vision — to create a more sustainable future for Ireland’s film, TV, and advertising industries. Drawing on years of experience across set decoration, props, and production design, they recognised an opportunity to change how resources are used and reused.
What began as a simple idea — to keep great props in circulation and out of landfill — has grown into a community-led movement built on collaboration, creativity, and care for the planet. Each founder brings her own expertise, passion, and perspective to the team, united by one goal: to make sustainability an everyday part of storytelling.
Supporting their mission is Holly, our Stock Coordinator, who ensures every prop is cared for, catalogued, and ready to find its next home on set.
Together, they’re proving that small changes behind the scenes can make a big difference on screen.
Justine Wright
Justine Wright, an experienced set decorator and set dec buyer, has worked across UK and Irish TV and film, with 20 years in the business she has notable credits including Mixtape, Four Mothers, Magpie Murders, and The Popes Exorcist.
Keavy Lalor
Keavy Lalor, a former Prop Buyer with 25 years’ experience, is now a Set Dec Coordinator. Her credits include Normal People and Small Things Like These. She’s an active IGSD member, IFTA member, and advocate for industry training.
Julia Davin-Power
Julia Davin-Power is a experienced Production Buyer known for her work on Penny Dreadful, Modern Love, Nocebo, and Disenchanted. With a background in film production, she’s also a Set Decorator and active member of the IGSD.
Marion Picard
French native Marion Picard is a seasoned Set Decorator and Set Dec Buyer with 20+ years experience working on major Irish and international productions including The Banshees of Inisherin, The Green Knight, The Last Duel, and Normal People. She is a founding and active member of IGSD.
Cathy Hegarty
Cathy Hegarty, a Film & Documentary graduate, is an experienced Assistant Set Decorator with credits including Vikings: Valhalla and Disenchanted. An IGSD member, she aims to contribute to future training initiatives. She is a strong advocate for using sustainable practices in the Set Decoration Department.
Holly Angle
“I have been working in design for many years. During my degree at IADT, I became interested in the growing awareness of sustainability in the entertainment industry, so it was exciting to see that Contemporary Props 360 has that same ethos”.
In collaboration with Raising Films, Holly joined our Prop rental community in May ’25. Holly works Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-12pm and is happy to help you with your enquiries.
